About the Position

Reports to: VP, Readiness, Marketing, and Enablement

Location: Remote, US

Cardlytics is in search of a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Graphic Designer at Cardlytics, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and captivating designs that represent our brand and products. Your designs will drive our marketing initiatives, fortify our brand identity, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design visually engaging graphics, images, and illustrations for various marketing materials, including digital and print assets, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and more.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to Cardlytics’ brand guidelines across all design projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate creative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Adapt designs for different digital platforms and formats, such as social media banners, website assets, infographics, and email templates.
  • Create custom illustrations and icons to enrich visual storytelling and communication.
  • Choose and edit imagery to support marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Design brochures, flyers, and other print materials as required.
  • Keep updated with industry trends and design innovations to introduce fresh ideas and creative solutions to the team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of Graphic Design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong grasp of design principles, layout, and typography.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
