Your typical shift at citizenM could involve:
- Give a warm welcome to all guests.
- Assisting guests at self-check-in kiosks (we don’t have a traditional reception desk).
- Preparing and serving hot and cold meals.
- Brewing coffee or crafting signature cocktails.
- Acting as a secret concierge, answering guests’ questions about the best places to visit, dine, shop, or party.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the living room and canteen, and setting up food displays for the next shift.
- Assisting guests with any requests or facility-related demands (you might even acquire new tech skills).
- Handling reservations in our property management system.
- Preparing society meeting rooms when needed.

Typical shifts at our hotel operate 24/7, and we offer flexible schedules. The standard day ambassador shifts are from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. We aim to accommodate your preferences so you can enjoy your other life plans.
