Logistics Information & Costs
The 2024 Young Leaders Fellowship will take place in New York, New York, and Burlington, Vermont, running from July 9 to 18, 2024. While accommodations are included, a deposit is necessary. MCW Global will cover certain expenses, such as international and domestic flights, lodging, meals, and public transportation. However, it’s important to note that passport and visa fees, as well as any in-country costs, are not included in the coverage.
Flight arrangements will be made for economy class tickets, typically booked one day prior to the program start and one day after its conclusion. It’s important to be aware that delays in visa processing could impact travel arrangements. Any flights booked by MCW will prioritize cost-efficiency and be in economy class.
For those who require additional housing on specific dates, please inform MCW. Failure to utilize the provided accommodations may result in additional fees.
