Nanjing SCHOLARSHIP
Introduction
Nanjing Municipal Government set up this scholarship in 2013 to attract and encourage more outstanding overseas students to study and conduct scientific research in universities in Nanjing.

Requirements
a. Non-Chinese citizens who are healthy physically and mentally, and friendly towards China.
b. Undergraduates at or under the age of 28; Master candidates at or under 35; and Ph.D. candidates at or under 40.
c. Applicants who are not granted with any other scholarship by Chinese government departments or agencies.
Bachelor degree, 4 year duration
Coverage
Regardless of tuition, living cost or accommodation, this scholarship just provides monthly stipends as follows:
a. 20,000 yuan per academic year for a master and Ph.D. candidate.
b. 10,000 yuan per academic year for an undergraduate.
c. 5,000 yuan per academic year for a one-year student.
d. 2,500 yuan per semester for a one-semester student.

Scholarship Benefits
1.Jiangsu Provincial Government Scholarship: Bachelor CNY 18000/year, so it’s tuition free and stipend CNY2000.
Master CNY 30000/year, so it’s tuition free, accommodation free and stipend CNY4000.
2.Nanjing City Government Scholarship: Bachelor CNY 10000/year, so it’s 63% tuition free.
Master CNY 20000/year, so it’s 90% tuition free.
3.Freshman Scholarship: Bachelor 1.Free tuition with CNY 400/month life stipend.
