Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Operations Manager situated in Accra. The Security Operations Manager will assume responsibility for overseeing day-to-day operations management, encompassing physical security, cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and network security.
As an Operations Manager, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our operations and upholding the highest standards of service delivery. This position offers you the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of dedicated security professionals, thus shaping the future of our organization and directly influencing the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within the security industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of security operations, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and provide outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment and handle emergencies as they arise.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, GIAC).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
